Abstract
Rice wine, made from Chinese white rice, have been historical importancein traditional brewing. Rice wine culture, matured with the formation of Chineseculture, can be of enormous value to traditional culture life. However, the Rice wineculture is vanishing from traditional culture life within the last 30 years in China.The subject of this article is associated with the area in the south of Yangtze Riverin China.The purpose of the study is to re-identifying and in-depth understandingof culture and social relationships, basis on several aspects and traced back to thetradition methods of rice-wine brewing.
