Production of creative design and service based on a framework

Abstract

The conventional design method and a new system design method were analyzed and compared. The system design method is logical and systematic design method based on framework and design ergonomics. The conventional design method generates ideas at first step of design process. While the system design method creates ideas based on structured concept. Creative design and service are generated according to the system design process.
