Fundamental Studies of a Ground Effect Vehicle Design with High Lift-Drag Ratio

Abstract

In the face of increasing serious global environmental problems, the manufacturer of the transports such as the aircraft and the marine vessel in addition to the car is spending large cost on the development of the transport which is excellent about the energy efficiencies. Therefore, we propose the energy-efficient ground effect vehicle which can move a great deal of goods at high speed. The fundamental studies of a ground effect vehicle design with high lift-drag ratio will be discussed in this paper.
