Abstract
This paper describes a process of innovation that is suitable for Japanese corporate culture. Innovation process of Silicon Valley style doesn’t match best with the current state of Japanese companies. The process should be able to take advantage of the brand and highly specialized human resources. In the proposed process, considering trends in society, competition and technology, corporate members in any field of expertise can efficiently create an effective design concept proposal. Value of outsourcing the process design and related support activities is discussed.
