Abstract

To develop of the designed tools for understanding of robotic surgery. The robotic surgery is emerging technique that offers many advantages comparing to conventional surgery. However, the understanding of robotic surgery was sometimes difficult at first clinic visit, because of lack of the social information about this operation. Here we report that our initial experience with using method of SERVICE DESIGH in order to improve patients’ perspective of the robotic surgery
