Abstract
To find the memories of a region, it is necessary to archive recollections and recordings. In this study, we archive recordings and recollections of a region, in an attempt for residents to browse them and talk about further memories so that they can explore their own region. Using a tablet terminal and QR code pieces, we designed "Tsumigatari", a mechanism for viewing collected oral history, and through that viewing, we created an opportunity to get people to talk about that oral history, and think about the region. We added changes to the mechanism in order to use it in Ishinomaki.
