Abstract
The purpose of this project is providing a chance for passengers and railway service to connect with each other. The first workshop was held in 2013 with the cooperation from Nose Electric Railway Co., Ltd. and it has been held every year since then. Through each workshop, the participants seemed to have concerns about railway. However, some points to be improved were found then. This study reports this project and considers relationship between passengers and Railway Workshop.
