Study of digitize for cloisonné drawing

Abstract

Ando Cloisonne was established in 1880, and has produced and sold many cloisonné wares to date. Because of this, they have also drawn many designs. These designs are precious materials involved in the production of their cloisonné wares. In order to prevent damage and deterioration to these designs, in this research we investigated the most suitable form of digitalization. In addition, we also investigated photography methods for extracting images from areas in the designs that indicate filigree outlines.
