Abstract
Developments have increased recent years for users who have totally different cultures from us. So that means user research is the most important part in developing products and services for them. However, designers hardly afford to research users  in the developing process, moreover it’s imperative to create better products faster.  In response to these cases, this study purposes suggesting an observational analysis method that designers rapidly understand users and find out some great ideas to design for them.
