Abstract
We face to fatal contradiction that more consumption is needed for economic growth but to do so makes increasing destruction of natural environment. The designer’s mission is to accelerate consumption under industrialists’ intention who need keeping and increasing their profits under uncontrollable market law in “free-competition”. We are now simply “consumers” and we cannot control and design our life-environment by ourselves. What and how so? To know it we should re-leran design history as loosing history of our individual design ability.
