Facilitator support application in the nursing simulation education

Abstract

Currently, nursing simulation to improve the practical skills in the field of nursing education is expected. Because it is possible to realize the actual site without burdening the patient and repeat the learning. However, the current methods, the analysis of behavior and speech is the main, it needs a lot of time in the analysis. in this research report that the facilitator is to visualize the weighting for the thoughts and actions by participants, to extract effectively support functions and elements of the reflection learning to participants.
