Abstract
Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a disorder where people have problems integrating their senses, and it is believed that they have a different body image from the one typically developing people (hereinafter called TD) would have. The present author is working on research to simulate the ASD sensory experience in order for TD people to grasp the ASD body image and deepened the understanding of it.
This study focused on the unique sensorial characteristics of people with ASD, and we developed a device that simulates their sense of hearing.
