Abstract
Nowadays, Experience and values is also an area of design. Understanding to user experience design is necessary for engaged in the occupation of practicing planning except the designer. This study was made to clarify how beginners to practice and understand the “KA method" by one person without receiving guidance from a professional. We were observed workshop. Following is the process of the understanding and practice for KA method: understanding the technique. understanding the structure of KA card. practice. feedback. Further studies are needed in order to improvement of effectiveness.
