Abstract

With the case analyzing for the re-designing of the Wenchuan Qiang embroidery for the modern life products, it presents the views that the Qiang embroidery handicraft is renewable resources of the current living culture, therefore, discusses further the approaches of modern folk handcraft designs may lie in such fields as: excavating the potential cultural value of aboriginal culture, innovating the multi-demand for the modern living culture modality, seeking space of surviving and developing of the new handcraft culture in the beneficial supplement and improvement of urban culture.
