Abstract

Abstract:The most challenging part of business focused meeting is to promote the full participation of every member to facilitate the discussion for fulfilling the meeting goal. One of the effective methods is visualizing topics and issues of on-going discussions in real time.This helps to have all participants to grasp the big picture to focus the topics efficiently. The purpose of this study was two-fold: 1) to validate the benefits of visual recording use for effective meeting facilitation more than eye entertaining.2) to verify how the visual based approach gives the impact to create the space to have all members contribute the discussion.
