Abstract
EducationalMinistry carries out Center of Community (the following, COC)   from 2013. It is aimed for a local problemand drafting, enforcement of the local problem solution by the effectivematching of resources to university.
The COC is one of the activity of theuniversity-industry research collaboration, but product-out type
development from the university, it has a big problem.A cooperation company andthe local public entity with the university catch the works from the universityas continuous resources.
On the other hand, we hear that it is not unusual for to be introduced a market without development being aware of the consumers eyes being accomplished and to be surprised in the gap with the needs.This study wasa village article project of the wisteria cloth, and the university side picked up yeast or lactic acid bacterium from wisteria, and a lot of manufacturing industry of Kyotang-city developed a product using them together.
However, as for the topicality, it was not supported the thing Theuniversity-industry research collaboration development,when wego to the market There is the topicality, but may not be supported.We must notthink separate manufacturing and sale and must not think.We understood that it was necessary to think about the consumers inspection of the market and the after development some other time.
