Development of Support Tools for Nursing-care Insurance Service Selection

Abstract

Nursing-care insurance services are becoming increasingly important lately. Because of its complexit, the end-users select and use services without sufficient understanding. Therefore we developed a selector tool, which visually conveys the service contents. This is a “Board-Game Format” using paper. By using this, the end-users could understand the service contents. Although we discovered some issues, the result obtained showed its effectiveness. We are planning to develop this as a tablet application.
