Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find the shortening method of learning time of the how to use cutlery, to find efficient teaching methods and to design a user-friendly product. First, we took the questionnaire to examine consciousness about cutlery to college students. As a result, we found that they often use scissors, a cutter knife and a kitchen knife. Then, we experimented  recording how to use scissors and a cutter knife in the video. We analyzed that video. Then I derived teaching methods to raise the skill level of each of the cutlery on the basis of the analysis result.
