Study of attitude toward cutlery and how to use cutlery for college students

Analysis and consideration of using experiment with cutter knife and scissors for freshman in department of design and architecture

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find the shortening method of learning time of the how to use cutlery, to find efficient teaching methods and to design a user-friendly product. First, we took the questionnaire to examine consciousness about cutlery to college students. As a result, we found that they often use scissors, a cutter knife and a kitchen knife. Then, we experimented  recording how to use scissors and a cutter knife in the video. We analyzed that video. Then I derived teaching methods to raise the skill level of each of the cutlery on the basis of the analysis result.
