Abstract
We propose a general-purpose search engine offering a result of no assumption by web mining. A user searches a key-word, and a result including the keyword is obtained. However, the web page must have the keyword, and the user must know one. Our search engine provides a related web page by re-searching the obtained one. As a result of a trial experiment with open data of the municipality, we confirmed that the system provides unexpected search results to the user.
