The residents of Jiuhu village in Tongluo Township, Miaoli County, Taiwan are chiefly the Hakkas and they have been growing Chrysanthemum morifolium there for approximately thirty years. Therefore, growing Chrysanthemum morifolium has already become a vital local industry in Tongluo Township
