Re-design of job through expression workshop

Abstract

This paper describes Re-Design of job through expression workshop. "Expression workshop" is an experience-based activity. Community members express, reflect together, share their job. Through these things, community members get the meaning and value of their job. Through this expression, reflection and reconsideration, we show case studies of nursing information system design research on how the community is empowered.
