Design Reflection that creates change in awareness of design method

Abstract

This research is making activities for doing "design reflections" in an IT company.Design Reflection is talking about design practitioner’s own actions and thoughts with reflecting on the process of designing.The purpose of this research is to develop design practitioners who can use design methods depending on the situation, and to build a team that can use different design methods as the situation demands.We framed four points of design reflections; 1)actions 2)reasons of actions 3)results 4)meaning and value of the results.
