Abstract
ShizuokaShinkinBank has an issue that the rate of utilizing a credit union by young people is small. In response to the request from the bank,we researched the expectations & concerns that young people had toward financial institutions.This article describes that psychology of money is studied targeting students & young professionals ages18 to 25,& it reports the process to illustrate the contact between young people & money,& the business feasibility for credit unions.It also describes the consideration about the cause of small utilization rate that young people use credit unions
