Abstract
The number of EV ・ PHVs owned has increased year by year, and they are expected to become popular in the future. However, in terms of operation procedures and information display, there is a high possibility that people unfamiliar are confused when charging in the current quick charging station. In this research, we investigated the current quick charging station, and made task and UI model for usability test. Based on this result, we designed and proposed operation method using smartphone and new quick charging station.
