Possibility as Embodied Experience Media

Abstract

"User Interface by tracing the ma" is a touch switch type user interface with two touching faces aligned with a spatial "ma".

This user interface is operated by tracing with a finger so as to connect one touching surface to the other touching surface.

In this paper, this "ma" is considered as an embodied experience media that can interact with the environment through fingers. And, this paper describes what kind of expression possibility exists in that media as a new design field.
