Design of condolences

Abstract

This paper is a discussion on the design of a project that published a on demand publication of Yasushi Watanabe’s “Designing Ours” Designing Ourselves.”We regarded them as "design of condolences." We will discuss what kind of design they were.The project consisted of the following (a) publication cloud finding (b) publication memorial event.For the publication memorial event, we created a talk show by stakeholders and a making chronology of the deceased by the participants. It was about half a year project from concept to implementation.As a result, (A) making form of deceased's thinking, (B) relationship between participants could be visualized.
