Abstract
Now that the Internet has developed and smartphones have become popular, the style of "shopping" has also diversified. Until then, it was natural to go to a store and buy it, but now it has become possible to enjoy shopping anywhere 24 hours via the Internet or application software.
Many shopping apps exist to respond to the demands of various contemporary people. However, in a survey, I found out that they were shunning the shopping application because they were "hard to use".
I thought that the psychological barriers of such users lies in the divergence between the actual shopping and the mental model of the shopping application. Therefore, in this research, I propose a shopping application that will be a trigger to start without resistance, aiming to have people meet new products and shops.
