Abstract

Authors are planning to develop tools to self-diagnose design utilization level and gain knowledge on more effective efforts for regional SMEs already in the design utilization stage. In this study a cardsorting survey including interview was conducted for experienced design business professional in supporting SMEs to evaluate the component of the framework”4×4 design management activity model” that is the precedent hypothesis of this study. This paper provides findings of the card-sorting survey.
