Based on "DIY", digital design technology is spreading and becoming more knowledgeable in the society where IoT and digitization are progressing,such as "democratization of manufacturing" and "maker's boom". In case Japan, also manufacturing environments such as fabrication studios are being developed nationwide, but there are some limitations to drive innovation.This research explores the analysis and issues of the current situation from the user point of view and the manager's point of view. Then, from the viewpoint of business design, based on the results of analysis we suggest the necessary improvement for future development.
