In this study, theoretical study of the decision-making structure of C-Suite executives in the creation of innovation is conducted. On previous research the elements that executives should have, which were necessarily explicit, has been clarified. Those are dialogue and humanity. New methodologies focusing on humanity in leadership to enhance humanity by using dialogue is developed and experiment with this is conducted. As a result, these methodologies are effective for them to enhance their humanity.
