Proposal of QCA analysis and so on subjective assessment data

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to extract the problems of the university cafeteria by various technique. Observation and questionnaire were done in order to obtain user requirements of university cafeteria. The observation data were examined by REM , and the questionnaire data were analyzed by correspondence analysis, cluster analysis, mvQCA, and quantification method of the first type. A price was found to be the most important by MVQCA in particular. The mvQCA is a contracting method by the Quine-McCluskey algorithm of Boolean algebra. And the item to assist price was taste and customer service.
