Construction of Phase Free Design Evaluation and its Case Studies

Abstract

As the understanding of phase-free has increased and opportunities for its use have expanded, the need for design and evaluation methods for phase-free has increased. The evaluation for phase-free design is represented by the evaluation of "versatility" and "effectiveness" in the daily and emergency phases and in relation to the benchmarked comparator products and services. This paper summarizes the process as the overall design of the evaluation, introduces 12 design cases, and analyzes the evaluation trends. In the future, in addition to further analysis of the evaluation results, it is necessary to construct a framework for development and awareness-raising and to archive design cases.
