Host: Japanese Society for the Science of Design
This paper shows a design study project concerning with “Commons Design” and findings from it. We focused the resource for sharing in the community. It is “Expertise skills and knowledge owned by students and faculties around all department in the campus.” We designed a gathering event named “Comba” for all in the campus from five to seven pm just after the classes. Purpose of the “Bar” like event is for encountering various people coincidently in the campus. Encountering each other with drinks and snacks allows participants to get easily access to the common resources.
