Abstract

In this study, we hypothesized that we could find a measure to help solve the problem of "area-academia cooperation" activities in the corona pandemic by collaborating with outdoor live events, which have become increasingly popular in recent years, especially among young people, in an industry-academia-government collaboration project. The "Dazaifu Tokitabi Project" aims to attract tourism to Dazaifu, which has a history as the birthplace of Japanese Buddhism. Through this research, we have been able to verify the possibility of remote production progress over a network, the improvement of local residents' awareness of participation brought about by the implementation of an outdoor live event that combines video content with live performance using large projections, and the publicity effects of a live experience that can be shared by many people. We believe that we were able to verify the publicity effects of the live experience that can be shared by many people.
