This study considered the facilitator as a reflective practitioner and examined the relationship between workshop design and learning by elucidating the process of intelligence in practice. As a result of analyzing the events of the practitioners and the participants of a workshop to view sculptures with a sculptor conducted in a nursery school, respectively, and examining the relationship between them, it became clear that the learning of the participants was dynamically transformed when the facilitator of the workshop engaged in the place with reflection in action.
