This study reports the results obtained in response to "Problem Detection and Solving Workshop" executed online for non-design students. These are classes where individuals and teams can detect problems through fieldwork in society and self-train skills to solve problems. Students can broaden the range of ICT. The awareness gained in the field is important when detecting issues and considering adequate solutions. On-the-ground videos and live interviews were used to do fieldwork online. By providing the same information, the students' ideas became similar; however, careful observation and answering questions were possible.
