The Importance of Empathy in Content Creation and Evaluation in the Legal Field

Abstract

This study is concerned with the lack of good communication between professionals and non-professionals in the legal field. For non-professionals, the law is difficult and unacceptable, which can be attributed to a variety of factors. This study demonstrates the importance of empathy in the design of legal content through the production of an animated video about the negotiation of a lease agreement for non-professionals in the legal field and a survey on the video.
