Abstract

This paper introduces the research project, which explores how a team of people with diverse backgrounds builds a reciprocal relationship. We extracted the process to make a good relationship from the observation study, in which the ability to specify others' thoughts was important. We also found twenty patterns that the reciprocal team used in communication from the classification of utterance records. Using those patterns, we created a set of card games for people to build a helpful and collaborative relationship with other team members. The test informed its effectiveness and suggested possible fields in which the game could be applied.
