To solve the food problem, we need to rethink how we individually consume protein. In recent years, several studies have revealed difficulties in protein production process, and resulted that preparation of an alternative protein is one of the most important solutions for the food problem. Through more than 100 case studies of alternative protein products, to have variety of protein sources with no impact on environment, ecosystem and socially vulnerable people was important. I had defined the ideal society beyond food problem as Protein Diversity Society.
