New Availability of City Parks with Park Yoga

Abstract

In response to the demand for outdoor exercise due to the covid19, we planned a park yoga for the city park in Sendai. As a result, the following points were clarified. 1) The program is highly satisfying and has a strong intention to participate in the future. 2) Holding park yoga in the park provided an opportunity to join to practice yoga and to visit the park. 3) The impression of the park has improved through the program. 4) It is hoped that the program will continue.
