Today, the evolution of technology is increasing the complexity and uncertainty of the environment surrounding everything. Along with this, companies are required to respond to digital transformation and create social value. In addition, companies are required to develop human resources who utilize design approaches and to enhance the ability to create ideas that will bring about change in society for businesses and innovations that are based on customer experiences.In order to design a service that considers social value, the concept of the service is important. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to propose how to develop conception for concept design for IT companies.
