In reflecting on a multi-person board game production conducted as part of a circle activity, it became clear that there was a change in the interaction between the inexperienced and the author, and between the inexperienced and the inexperienced during the activity. During the activity, the author tried to increase the psychological safety between the inexperienced and the author and between the inexperienced and each other during the activity.He also encouraged the inexperienced who were concentrating on the role in front of them to grasp the whole process to convey the wisdom and thoughts in the practice as meaningful information for the inexperienced. In the future, we will clarify what better craftsmanship is and the process of craftsmanship by multiple people centered on the achievement of a common goal.
