Analyze the development process using actor-network theory

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to clarify the process of management philosophy penetration by developing a penetration measure that can penetrate the policy without direct involvement of the management level through the participation of organizational members. When the policy penetration development process was analyzed using actor-network theory,the penetration process and issues of the conventional method were clarified, and when development practices were conducted to solve these issues, a new issue was discovered: the developed penetration measures promoted the penetration of understanding, but lacked specificity.
