Abstract

3D printers are increasingly popular in educational institutions, but their limitations in handling only hard resins hinder the use of non-resin materials in digital manufacturing exercises. This article proposes using slip casting, a traditional ceramic production method, in conjunction with 3D printing technology to enable digital molding exercises, allowing students to understand the characteristics of non-resin materials and promote the introduction of digital manufacturing in schools.
