Abstract

The goal is to construct design models and methodologies that can be used in service design for mental satisfaction. In this paper, we use the perspective of a multi-time scale model to comparatively analyze between the two models, " The experience value change model through service use '' and " The experience value change model on independent behaviors about habitual.'' We considered the mechanism of higher mental value generation. These values generate when experience and data accumulated in short and medium scales prompt qualitative changes in user evaluations in long scales.
