This paper advocates for “Destroyology” which focuses on creating value through the existing study of mechanical fracture. By reframing discussions about various forms of mechanical fracture as sources of value creation, we propose the concepts of "destructive performance" and "volume entropy" as quantitative measures for evaluating their effects. Additionally, we explore the compatibility of Destroyology with the Timeaxis Design. This interdisciplinary approach aims to systematize Destroyology for value-driven innovation across various domains.
