Abstract

This report is an attempt at a comparative analysis based on data obtained from participants' subjective impression evaluations of the modeling of the morphological characteristics of penguins exhibited at an aquarium and the method of expressing shapes in the design of paper crafts. The findings of this analysis suggest that when considering the shape of the developed paper craft, whether or not the completed paper craft is easy to imagine may have an impact on the participants' first impressions.
