Developing a method of becoming a user

Abstract

Design is an iterative process of "imagining" what the user would do in this situation and "verifying" that it is true. However, beginners tend to neglect the "imagination" of the user. Therefore, by dividing the time for input into phases and having novice users do design work, the accuracy of their imagination can be enhanced. In order to improve the accuracy of imagination, it is important to know as much as possible about what actions they have taken in the past under what circumstances.
