Research and exploration of Progettista practices and processes

Abstract

The author knew the concepts of progettazione and progettista while conducting research on "creative organizational culture" in companies. The research on creative organizational culture was conducted in response to the need to focus on the cultural aspect for sustainable value creation in companies, and in the process, it became clear that "new value in today's companies should encompass not only value for the company, but also value for the individuals who work there and for society as a whole. The growing awareness that "the new value of today's corporations should encompass not only the value of the corporation, but also the value of the individuals who work there and of society as a whole," and the Italian Progettista of the 1950s and 1970s, who always "worked for the betterment of human life and not only for the pursuit of corporate profit as their ultimate goal," are similar in many ways. We thought that clarifying the practical process of the Progettista, which has not been verbalized as much as in their works, would provide food for the current value creation.
