Abstract

The question of this paper is: How can Organizational Togetherness be designed? This paper is an argument for facing this question in the medium to long term. While there are positive aspects such as increased work motivation and a sense of fulfilment, previous research has also pointed out negative aspects such as an excessive sense of unity leading to oppression. This paper introduces the concept of 'organizational 'season'' as a way of designing an environment that avoids the formation of an excessive and oppressive 'Togetherness' in the organization and allows members to feel a more 'Natural Togetherness '.
